ABOUT ME!

Isabella Lilavois is a first‑generation Jamaican‑Haitian actress from the uptown Bronx, where Caribbean warmth, music, and community shaped her earliest sense of self. Singing was her first doorway into storytelling, but it was acting the chance to step into another life, another heartbeat that pulled her in like a moth to a flame. She carries that same softness and growing fire into every role she touches.

Her work in short film, The History Will Always Stay, has screened at the Chelsea Film Festival, and her recent project Carol’s House is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Isabella continues to build her craft through independent film and community‑centered creative work, drawn to stories that hold tenderness, transformation, and emotional truth.

Beyond the audition room, Isabella finds beauty in ritual: waking early to paint her face like a love letter to herself, grounding herself in her Bible and church community, and sharing meals with friends and family across the city. She moves through the world with gentle intention: a blend of softness, faith, and Caribbean warmth, always seeking to bring light, depth, and quiet strength to the stories she tells.
